This is a 7-week program for recovery - centered on the Writing to Reckon Journal. Weekly Zoom sessions, covering stages of recovery, provide companionship, accountability, and support. Participants work at their own pace and can connect safely and confidentially with fellow participants online through Slack. Sessions include sharing, feedback, and recovery discussions. The course includes a signed copy of the journal and a PDF. In this program, you write alone but with support and guidance nearby.
